To ensure the best solutions for our clients, we follow the same development process. Our process allows the client to be as involved in the development process as they want to be. We have found many business know what they want their website to look like and what it should contain, but are unsure of how to piece it all together. This is where Vortex Web Solutions comes in. Below is our development process.
- To get started, clients fill out our Client Assessment. This assessment will allow us to learn about how our client's business operates and how we can use the web to create value for the business. Vortex Web Solutions specializes in converting business concepts into powerful functionality on the web which enhances our client's business and the opportunity for growth.
- Discuss with client how they want the website to look and any features they want to be available. These features could include, but are not limited to, any of the following:
- Member Area
- Blog
- Shopping Cart
- Guest Book
- Feedback Forum
- Etc.
- Collect any content (text, flyers, brochures) from client to ensure we design a website which represents the client.
- Present the website to client and make any changes desired by client.
- Register domain name (www.yoursite.com) and buy server web-space.
- Get the final OK from client and upload website to the World Wide Web. If client desires promotion of his/her website we will gladly submit it to major search engines. (Google, Yahoo, AltaVista, ect.)
- Keep in contact with client for fast and reliable maintenance of their website.
